The Fitenko Law appointment messaging program sends consultation confirmations and related reminders to clients of Fitenko Law, P.L.L.C. who book a consultation and provide their mobile number.
You provide consent to receive text messages from Fitenko Law in one of two ways: (1) Verbally, when you call our office and our intake assistant asks your permission to text you appointment details and follow-ups; or (2) Online, by submitting your mobile number and checking the SMS-consent box on the contact form at fitenkolaw.com/contact. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or legal service. We only message people who contacted us first and requested follow-up; we do not send marketing texts.
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one to three messages per scheduled consultation — for example, a confirmation with your appointment time and video link.
Message and data rates may apply. Fitenko Law does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.
